SINGAPORE — Q1 2026. Ubitron Global Pte Ltd today announced an expansion of its Singapore international headquarters, adding senior leadership and operational capacity across delivery, legal, and command-center operations to support accelerating demand for AI-driven security infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region.

The expansion follows a sustained increase in regional engagements through the second half of 2025, with new and existing customers scaling deployments across transit, smart-city, critical-infrastructure, and enterprise environments. The Singapore HQ — which serves as the international face of the Ubitron brand and complements the engineering-led Ubitron Inc. parent in Chuncheon, Korea — now operates as the primary contracting, compliance, and customer-facing hub for the company's APAC and global engagements.

Capability additions.

The expansion focuses on three operational pillars:

Delivery and program leadership. Additional senior program directors join the Singapore practice, bringing deployment experience across smart-city, transit, and enterprise environments. These hires expand Ubitron Global's capacity to mobilize parallel multi-site rollouts without compromising the company's pre-commissioning discipline.

Legal and contracting. Strengthened in-house legal capability supports the Singapore-anchored master agreement framework that underpins regional deployments, with deepened expertise in APAC data-protection regimes and cross-border service delivery.

Command-center operations. The Singapore SOC adds analyst capacity to support 24/7 managed-security engagements at the new scale, with extended coverage for critical-infrastructure clients across multiple time zones.

Strategic context.

The expansion reflects what Ubitron Global describes as a structural shift in regional security infrastructure procurement: organizations increasingly seek a single regional partner capable of delivering AI-VMS, command-center operations, and managed-security services under one operating model. Singapore's regulatory stability, financial sophistication, and APAC connectivity continue to position the jurisdiction as the natural anchor for this hub-and-spoke approach.

The Singapore entity will continue to operate in close partnership with Ubitron Inc. (Korea) and Ubitron Hungary Kft. (Budapest), preserving the engineering-led R&D model that defines the Ubitron group while extending its commercial reach.

Forward-looking commentary.

Ubitron Global's leadership indicated that further capability additions are planned through 2026 as the company continues to scale its regional and global delivery footprint, including expansions into adjacent capability areas and deeper engagement with sovereign and critical-infrastructure clients.

"Ubitron Global is a long-term operating commitment, not a market entry," said the Ubitron Global executive team in a statement. "Each capability addition is sized to the durable demand we are seeing — not to short-term opportunity windows. The customers we serve operate on multi-year planning horizons, and our investments are matched to that pace."
